THIRTEENTH STATION
"JESUS IS LAID IN THE ARMS OF HIS HOLY MOTHER"
We grieve with You, Oh MARY, by the pains that you experienced when examining the wounds on the Body of Your Dear SON. By these sacred wounds may we obtain pardon and mercy for our sins.
As it was afternoon and they don't have news of the crucified, the men of the Sanhedrin that have schemed the LORD'S death have ordered at the messengers to ask authorization Pilate to break the legs of the crucified, in order to accelerate the death. In spite of barbarian, was a habit used which speeded up the death of the convicts. The convict with the broken legs could not to firm the feet in the log to lift the thorax and to breathe. In few seconds they died for asphyxia.
The praetorian patrol arrived to Golgotha and they broke the legs of the two thieves. Seeing that JESUS was dead, they didn't break HIS legs, but checking, one of the soldiers threaded your lance with force in HIS right side, penetrating between the fifth and the sixth rib, reaching the Heart. In the same instant, blood and water have flowed out of the LORD'S Heart.

With the authorization of Pilate, Joseph of Arimathea and
Nicodemus have bought a piece of white linen and cloth ribbons and they have gone to
Golgotha to remove the Body of JESUS of the Cross.
MARY, HIS MOTHER, received HIM in the arms.
In MARY'S arms was the Dear SON'S Body; in MARY'S Heart
was the pain and the anguish of an afflicted MOTHER seeing the consequences of the
wickedness and of the humanity's violence!
MARY, Mother of the Pains, strengthen the faith in all the
people's heart of our families, so that they have the serenity to face the most difficult
moments of the life. In truth with HER aid, we can surpass all the difficulties of the
daily.
SONG:
Of the log they have drawn out HIM / and to MOTHER they have delivered HIM / with that pain and compassion / with that pain and compassion.

FOURTEENTH STATION
"JESUS IS LAID IN THE TOMB"
Oh JESUS, some day our bodies will also be placed in a tomb. Free from the bonds of this earth, may we to be received into Heaven by the LORD and YOUR HOLY MOTHER, so that we may praise and love YOU for all eternity. Amen.
Joseph of Arimathea, Nicodemus and some Apostles aided by pious people and Holy Women, respectfully they have led JESUS for a grave of property of Arimathea. They have involved HIM with the linen tissue and have placed your Body in a salience on the rock in bed form. In agreement with the Jewish habit, they have prepared the LORD'S Body which went anointed with aloes and myrrh and have closed the entrance of the sepulcher with a great stone.

The sepulcher was dug in the rock, distant approximately
100 meters of the place of the crucifixion and where nobody had been placed before.
The Holy Women which have come from Galilee, they have accompanied the LORD'S Body
in procession. Following, they went back Jerusalem in order of to arrange perfumes and oils
to make a more worthy preparation for the JESUS' Body, because on the first moment went not
possible, were in the end of the "parasceve"
, previous day the celebration of the Passover of the
Jews and the law didn't allow. For that reason, YOUR burial went the hurries.
During the Saturday, the Law it prohibited to do any activity. So,
they have waited until the Sunday morning to go at the grave and to render the last homage
to JESUS.
However, it not will be in the sepulcher that they will find
JESUS. The oil and the perfumes that the women have prepared to anoint YOUR Body
are similar the oils used by ecclesiastical authorities in the Church Sacraments. And also,
they will be used to alleviate the suffering of sick and of old persons. Who it died is going
for near GOD. For that reason, the memory of they should not bring sadness, but it should
motivate our perseverance in the same spirit of faith, justice and fraternal love in the
world.
"I am come that they might have life, and that
they might have it more abundantly."
(John 10; 10)

FIFTEENTH STATION
THE RESURRECTION OF JESUS
It happened a strong earthquake that made to roll the stone that closed the LORD grave, at the same time in that a brilliant light came out from within and it projected in the ground the soldiers, immobilizing them against the soil, as if they were dead, while JESUS resurrected.

On Sunday the women went early to the grave, but JESUS
was not there. Close to the sepulcher they saw two men with vestment clear and brilliant
and they asked for women:
- “Why seek you the living among the dead? He is not here,
but has risen: remember how he spoke unto you when he was yet in Galilee.”(Luke 24; 5-6)
And the news of the Resurrection has spread quickly among
the Disciples.
And it has gone in the middle of the Disciples that the LORD
manifested YOUR presence.
Before rising for near of the ETERNAL FATHER, JESUS
said at the Disciples:
-“All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father,
and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever
I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the
world.” (Matthews 28; 18-20)
The CHRIST manifests today HIS presence in all the people
that live the faith and they compromise in the fight by construction of a new world, where
the love, the justice and the fraternity are the signs which we are with HIM, and HE is
with us.
LORD, that our family may be YOUR Family; that our house
may be YOUR House, and that our life may be a continuation of YOUR Presence in the
world.
OUR FATHER:
OUR FATHER, who art in Heaven, hallowed be THY name, THY Kingdom come, THY Will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
THE HAIL MARY:
HAIL MARY full of grace, the LORD is with Thee, Blessed art Thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, JESUS. HOLY MARY, Mother of GOD, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
GLORY BE TO THE FATHER:
Glory be to the FATHER and to the SON and to the HOLY SPIRIT, as it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
